Simple Fruit Salad


This is probably the simplest fruit salad I've ever made. Only four ingredients: strawberries, blueberries, bananas and fresh mint. If I had orange juice on hand, I would have added a splash but the mint alone is enough to bring all of the flavors together. Mint is the perfect compliment to just about any fruit; it adds a refreshing lightness that makes it somehow feel even healthier than it already is.
